I started taking this about a week ago and was just wondering if anyone has any advice or has taken it before?

I would imagine that that should help blunt your appetite which should help with cutting but it's not going to magically make you lose fat.

I try to eat 6 small meals a day and the hermodrene is really not helping with curbing apetite so far its just made me a bit sleepless.

Won't be able to anyway in 3 days time...check the ingredients list for that uber-evil DMAA

Right well that was helpful.

I returned this for Lipo 6 black for ehr and found this much more successful.
