Mr Heke,

You did pretty well as a natty, and from your part of the world there are some pretty knowledgeable people. Ask around about first cycle recommendations, if anyone suggests what you wanted to do then they probably dont fit the "knowledgeable people" category!

Read a few of the first cycle post guys have put up here as well. Don't go diving in, and as TWL would say "stay safe"!

Impressive stats already! How tall are you, Jake?

ok thanks guys I might give it a miss just interested in getting that extra edge. Arnt we all??

Tru dat!

I know the tempation you're feeling well. I think you just have to ask yourself whether, especially as a non-bodybuilder, you really want the benefits enough to outweigh the costs (money, time/energy, and potentially health). So far for me, that answer has always been no - despite the temptation! But hey, one day the answer may be different.

I guess what I'm trying to say is: If in doubt, hold off. You can always do a cycle later.

Im 180cm tall, ive been weight training for close to 4 years now. I dont drink smoke or do any recreational drugs. I eat right and always train hard. I squat 160kg for reps with a 1RM of 192kg, I can deadlift 245kg and am going for, a no shoes, no belt, no wrist strap 250kg lift at 12pm 2moro. I had my body fat done last week by a trainer at my gym. Ive decided that I am heavy enough now and only train strength, as well as sprints every second day. My main sport is rugby but im open to all sports. :D
