The ON is known as great quality (~80% protein per serve), however in this comparison, you get the exact same protein quantity per serve (24g) and the Superquad has the advantage as far as price per serving is concerned ($1.13 vs $1.26). When you consider that Superquad also has added creatine, some BCAAs, it comes in at an even greater value.

Superquad is a good protein, 129 is a good price for 10 pounds of protein, cheapest id say.

not the biggest fan of the mixability or taste of super quad, but for 129 not even i would pass that up 8)
