Planning Clenbuterol Cycle

Recommended Posts

NEED SERIOUS OPINIONS ON WHETHER THE BELOW CYCLE WOULD BE CATABOLIC, WOULD RATHER NOT LOSE TO MUCH MUSCLE.

I am in the process of putting together a 6 week clen cycle for future use, need hints or tips on how to utilise clen effects or any other supplements that would help with clen sides.

Supplements i have and will be using in addition to clen, clen itself will be taking either once or twice a day dependant on dosage;

Ketotifen - Will be running this at 1ml a day from week 3 - 6 taken with my last meal of the day or before bed

Taurine - 1g(or one serving) everytime a take clen.

Potassium Chloride - 1.4g(or one serving) everytime I take clen

Magnesium Citrate - 3.7g(or one serving) wiht my morning dose of clen

Powdered powerade for electroyltes during physical activity(mainly weightlifting)

will be using the IF/Leangains diet with a calorie deficit of 500. 20mins light cardio will be completed 3 times a week after weight training and another 3 cardio sessions of either boxing or a hill run on other days; total days cardio 6.

Currently am sitting around 18% bf, will confirm when i get my BF test done in 4 weeks time.(end of bulk)

interesting Im on the same boat as well,I dont plan to do that much cardio and plan to do a 2 week on 2week off sort of thing.I would Think that much cardio could eat into your muscle ,maybe the pros on here could better shed some light. Are you running something else along side you clen?

Clen on its own without AAS is a bit catabolic on muscle but can be minimised with your additional supps which are well thought out. You should increase your protein intake to around 3g per kg of bodyweight. Have you used Clen before? What dose are you planning on using? Generally its a good idea to cycle the Clen in & out every 2 weeks & run an ECA or Fat Burner stack on the off wks.

should be clen be taken before and after workout? I workout in the eve so am wondering if it s good idea.

Also plan to have a powerade with bcaa's before workout

dumb questions I know so please bear with me.

Clen has a half life of 36 hours so you only need to take once a day and if you do this the amount in your body will continue to accumulate until after you reach a plateau dosage. This is the main reason you should ramp up the dose, especially if you haven't used before or are stim sensitive. No need to split the dose and not too important exactly when you take it. First thing in the morning is best though IMO

I was under the impression that Clen was not catabolic, providing protein levels were at reasonable level, and was the main reason why people chose clen over something such as T3?

Take it in the morning, will minimise insomnia.

Nope, abit to misinformed to jump on AAS, maybe in another 5 years!?

That is one of my main concerns! If that cardio is going to be too catabolic i may look at reducing it alittle, i really want to put in the hard yards and see some good results though, so dont want to take any shortcuts.

First time running Clen, Dosages will gradually increase(dependant on sides) maxing out on 140mcg and will slowly taper off on the 6th and final week.

doses may be split into 2 times a day one in the morning and one at lunch if sides become too much to handle!

I have read into the benefits of running 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and believe i can recieve similar effects for the entire 6 while running 1ml ketotifen to up regulate the beta2 receptors?

I really want to get the most out of clen so don't want to take any shortcuts

!? so if any of the advanced users can chime in with there experiances that would be great

I'm not an experienced user, but I think you're overthinking things.

Just take it in the morning, up your protein intake, and go easy on the cardio. Make any changes as necessary.

:-s Don't agree - You can never overthink things that can potentially harm your health(well thats what i believe anyway)

No need to taper off the dose at the end of the cycle, just stop when you are done.

DO taper up the dose though. Start at 50mcg and increase up to 120ish over the first week. Remember if you take 50mcg on day 1, that when you take 60mcg on Day 2 at the same time, 2/3 of the initial dose will still be in your system!

With a 36 hour half life I don't think it will make too much difference if you split the dose or not. Worth a try though if you find the sides are too annoying. If they persist you may want to lower the dose slightly instead.

Yes you can successfully extend the clen cycle to 6 weeks without going off if you use ketotifen (which will also help you sleep). Have a read up on it, plenty of info out there.

The main thing to getting the most out of your clen cycle is to make sure your diet is bang on. Start dieting down first and be in a calorie deficit when you start. If your bf% is high then I wouldn't bother but 18 isn't too bad. Don't go nuts on the cardio and listen to your body.

This stuff gives me headaches so you may want to pick up some generic ibuprofen, which I find effective for this. Keep an eye on BP, HR, etc and you should be fine.

Sorry - to clarify; you've obviously already done your research, got your supps to go along with it. You know your dosage and how long you'll be running it for. It's clen, there isn't a whole lot more to think about it.

Good reads - Cheers=]!

Should be the only read for first time users like you and me I would think.

this especially sets the mood

"the take home message is the same: when dieting, nutrient-partitioning definitely matters, but in the end it still comes down largely to energy expenditure vs. intake, and clen is a calorie re-distributor, not a burner."
