Viper back after 2 wks off

After my very first post in here a week or so ago, I got sick, no training for 2 weeks! Sucks!!! So close to comp....

Anyway, went into Coast Barbell yesterday and worked up to my openers for Auckland Comp this Sat. Awesome session... felt good, got my confidence back (damn sore today though!)

Squats... worked up to a comfortable 77.5kg (knee wraps and belt)

Bench.. (my weaker lift out of the 3) 45 felt good.

Deads.. still managed a 100kg for 1... bit of a grind, but after 3 hours in the gym, I was happy with that.

Roll on Saturday!!! Once again, looking for my own PB's in all 3 lifts :)

The Viper is back on track!!!!
