Hi all, been a member for a little while now, mainly been reading & studying what others have to post/say. Thought i'd splash out & intro myself officially.........so HI!

I've been working out for nearly 10 months now, started at the gym in June 2011, between then & November 2011 lost 24kgs mainly doing circuit training & spin classes & huge changes to diet!!

From November to now I've been lifting more seriously, 5 day a week split, really enjoying it. I used to play alot of basketball, but now all I do is lift :)

Considering hiring a trainer & dietician so if any knows of any good 1's in Palmerston North please let me know.

I find this site incredibly helpful & informative, so thanks to all those who post there helpful tips etc.

I'm 175cm tall

I was 108kg in June 2011, got down to 84kg in Nov 2011.

Still around 84kg now, trying to put on muscle now, slow going but enjoying it :)
