I would say the best is plain creatine monohydrate that is creapure and micronised

Just buy whatever is the cheapest. If it's Creapure and micronised, it's all good.

Agree, shop around and you will find something.. I was always told ceatine mono is the best and often the cheapest.

The thing about creatine monohydrate is that there's plenty of peer reviewed research to show it improves recovery time and improves maximum power output.

As for creapure, kre alkalyn creatine and other assorted creatine derivitives - there's none. So while these other creatine formulas MAY work, there's no proof that they do.

Personally, I'm quite happy with the $30 generic creatine monohydrate bag - it's all the same stuff 8)

isnt creapure just creatine monohydrate anyway though?

i took creatine for a while a few different times and didnt notice any apparant increase in strength/reps. tried balance one, eatme's one (which is creapure i think), andbb.co.nz's one. all monohydrate as far as i am aware.

but is it really appropriate for you to be commenting on it, given you were snorting/puffing/injecting/angus-probing it rather than actually mixing cool liquids & drinking?

Hey Everybody. I use that Size ON max Creatine mix from Gaspari. I drink it during workout [4 day split] and most mornings first thing too. Taste good and i like to keep a good amount in the body. Any excess Creatine just gets shat out anyway. Bit expensive tho, 111 bux at shotgun and about 80 at sportsfuel. Big difference in price aye. Pays to shop around alright. Anyway thats my story. Kia Ora.

Creatine mono+ Glucose = \:D/  \:D/

Never done the glycerol thing, seems to expensive, but maybe better?

I do find that with glucose it works better for myself, whether its because its the glucose gives me energy...I do not know, but always winner.
