Well I’ve been on here for a couple of weeks now so it’s probably time I said hi…My names Andrew (as you could probably tell by my user name) I’m 34, I’ve been going to the gym for 14 years, I’ve competed in 13 comps… 9 from 97 to 99 and 4 this year , I love this sport and will happily give advice (hopefully good) and help anyone out whenever I can
