New to BB so open mind for tips with training, diet etc.

Started going to the gym for the first time late Jan on/off at 71kg.

Reason for gyming is to keep fit and its a good way to rest the mind.

On no specific diet or programme atm but will start once uni settles down.

PT, my bro. Baz. You're a GC Bazzaaaa. Beastmode

My Goals: Gain mass. Improve strength. 85kg by NY.

Will be good to get motivation and help from you all.

Cheers

Great base to work from mate, chest and back looking great!

The best advice I would give someone young starting out is get into your compounds. Bench press, Squat and deadlift. Learn all 3 movements properly. Perform full depth reps and don't take any shortcuts and it will pay off big time.

Read read read and ask questions about nutrition. Muscles are made in the kitchen not in the gym. Learn what to eat and how much and you'll explode.

It's great you've got guidance from your bro.

Good luck on your journey and any questions, post them up here

amazing for 18yo who pretty much just started, damm..

only thing i can add is that uni doesn't just settle down (though i guess it really depends on what course you're taking) so sooner the better to sort the diet/programme so you can start getting it into your schedule early & really getting yourself used to these new habits.
