Feedback on Chromium

For my partner not me. She has a good diet most of the time but has a weakness for chocolate. Have heard good things about chromium and its ability to regulate blood sugar levels.

Has anyone used it and can offer some feedback?

It may regulate blood sugar, but it isn't an appetite suppressant.

It got me dirty looks but has worked to stop my wife eating it. srs.

Yeah I heard those carbrite bars are pretty good, soft and chewy - not cardboard texture.

Will grab a box and see how they go.
