Yes that stuff so abundant here in kiwi land and seen by many as a pesky substance is actually a super food.

I dunno all the fact on it yet but the sterols in pine pollen apparently are the best natural source of testosterone.

No body has tweaked to this one here in NZ yet but I can see a new supplement industry product similar to deer velvet or colostrum.

Especially since DHEA and testosterone are banned - and no body is gunna ever ban Pine Pollen.

On ebay at present its about $US50 for half a kg from China. Treated for improved absorption.

Negative Opinion:

"Not so fast," says Glen Mackie of the Forest Owners Association.

"None of the health benefits of pine pollen have ever been scientifically proven, so it's illegal in New Zealand, the United States and elsewhere for pollen marketers to make therapeutic claims about their products. And while there are no known harmful effects arising from pollen consumption, that's not to say the pollen on your driveway is safe to eat.

Down where my parents live (very rural) you get yellow windows when it is pollen time. Forestry everywhere. Time to scrape that shit up and pin it.

Is that why those hillbillies are so god-damned aggressive and paranoid? They are breathing it in. srs

Its part of Chinese Traditional Medicine and there are a few Chinese studies

As for western studies all you will find is scientific data on the constituents IE what is in the various species of pine pollen

There are studies on Bee Pollen but pine pollen is wind born and not carried by bees. It also contains more of the testosterone and is the best plant source apparently.

So If you have scientific studies on the constituents and you have different scientific studies on the individual constituents such as sterols, aminos etc Then you have the data you are looking for.

But I dont think there are direct papers yet specifically on pine pollen - but thats good coz it contains banned stuff and you can still get it in the mail off ebay.

Sweet I get revenge for them withholding my DHEA shipment.

If you said the vikings used it, then it may gain more interest than a race of short arsed skinny folk swearing by it. Marketing is everything.

Man I'm just a little older than you at 43 and have trained since I was 16 --> 27 years

Strength wise I'm stronger than ever

Sexually nope I ain't what I once was - morning boners are a rare occasion

I got my test checked and its at the level of a 60 year old - But oddly I feel fine. maybe it was a dip in the fluctuation.

This is why between 40 and 50 you see such a huge decline in the male - but it doesnt have to happen. The years 30-40 are pretty good but "Life begins at 40"(to end).

You will notice it too in the next 5 years if you are not on shit.

I have never taken roids in 27 years either.

Basically this is exactly what I have been looking for - I'm going on this & antler velvet.

Staying on em.
