anyone know cheap way to reach 350g protein per day

or do you guys think 90 - 100 dollars on food is cheap & good?

that's how much i calculated it so far, at first i thought it was pretty expensive, but i hear alot of guys who spend alot more.

also this is just strictly foods, this is minus the protein shakes i take to make up the 350g protein too. So maybe my food intake is about 250g of protein, the other 100g is from protein shakes. (1 in morning, 1 after workout).

anyway curious as to how other people spend there money on foods

another thing;

i hear how people eat a variety of protein sources (chicken, tuna etc..)

it seems cheaper to just stack bulks of tuna cans in my room and just munch thru all of them

i'll have whole eggs in the morning thou so thats another source, but my main would be tuna.

what are some disadvantages from stacking only 1 kind of protein, except for the obvious -othershit- you get from different kinds of proteins.

but what i wanna know if it effects your muscle synthesis

its a complete protein, containing all essential amino acids (the ones your body cant synthesise from other amino acids) so its all good. however mercury levels from eating too much tuna may be a problem as tuna has a lot of trophic levels under it, meaning that it accumulates a relatively large amount of mercury compared to many other fish species.
