Recommendations for good nutritionalist in Auckland?

Looking for someone who is proven to know their shit, as I suspect theres as many bad nutritionalists as there are bad trainers.

Also does anyone know what sort of price per session I'd be looking at? Thanks

Yes sort of. I've done a fair bit of reading and research. I guess I just want some assistance and confirmation that I'm on the right track with my proposed cutting diet as well as some help going forward.

Leanne simays would be good for you bro, she works out of revitalize gym which is on Harris road in east tamaki. That's more out your way.

Nice person and easy to talk to (so you won't feel like a dick asking stupid Q's). she knows her stuff and going to see someone like that's is miles better than doing it yourself from the Internet. She will fat test you etc and you have someone to be accountable to which is a big thing for alot of people.

thanks for the names everyone, unfortunatley I seem to have gone backwards in my diabetes managment recently, with work schedule fucking all my routines up and knocking the lifting schedule right out the window! so for now I gotta concentrate on getting back to a workable base level I think.
