Legality research peptides

Recommended Posts

If you're talking about what if they get discovered at customs, then medsafe will withhold them until you provide a script or a "reasonable excuse" which could be a letter from your doc or proof of legit research using those agents.

Should all be legal to possess personal amounts without a script though

In Justin's situation SHOULD BE aint really good enough!

I'd get a legal opinion Justin if you're considering? Some lawyer must owe you a few free hours by now!!

Like Diabolic all I know is hearsay - that GHRP6 (and similar) are legal, however on an earlier thread someone contradicted this view?

I did Nate

I rang Medsafe and they said that they have laws worded such that they don't just restrict specific compounds but they also restrict the behaviour of the compound and their usage.

Her example to me bacuse I asked her about GHRP-6 importation and possession...was that anything that manipulates the pituatary glands specifically, AND, taken for that reason, is banned.

She said that this covers HGH, GHRP-6 and any new Peptides that research companies produce by changing one molecule here or there.

She was nice enough about it, but she knew her stuff on the subject too.

One thing that does mystify me is it can be 100% legal and legit in every other country including Oz the US, UK is NZ a law to it's own and just makes up laws for the hell of it? Android did you ask for the portion of the Medicines Act that stipulates this as it amazes me what is actually written in laws and how they are taken can be so different :)

no I didn't but she was reading something to me and she did rambnle on about which one it was. I was just after the answer tbh and she could have be adding her own interpretation of the law.

But thing is they take it away, then you have to prove why they should return it.

I just brought local...but honestly the amount is so miniscule almost invisible, that you could import the peptide inside the head of a matchstick almost rahter than already in a large obvious 5 or 10ml vial...

Very grey area at the moment. Customs in both Australia and NZ are aware peptides are coming through but don't quite know where in the rules they can stop them (unlike GH). It is hit and miss. I know of some imports that have been stopped, examined and released with a letter saying "thumbs up" but know of others who have had Customs return to overseas origin.

Thats what I have heard to the law interpretations seem to change constantly without any actual change in the law. It would be good if they were clear on things as they definitely are not :)

They know what you are going to do with it. If it goes anywhere near a syringe its taboo. She's actually taken it a step further to say if it interacts at the pituitary then it is classed medicine. You wont win. Bring in a drum load & you should be right

Tried to bring in some ghrp-6 and some CJC w/o DAC a little while back, got picked up and had a notice sent saying it was classed as GH according to them. I probably could of tried to argue it but in the end really couldn't be bothered.
