Thought I had better do as I'm told, and introduce myself... :wave:

My name is Trudy, I'm from South Auckland (Manurewa/Weymouth) and am currently living in Manchester, England. I've just finished my second year of competing, and absolutely love it.

I faffed about in my 'off season' last year and didn't really make any improvements to my body, and have now been taken under the wing of the wonderful Jo Stewart... which is how I stumbled across this ACE website. Trying to find out how she got on at the Nats this weekend.

I compete in figure division over here for the two natural federations, BNBF and NPA.

Hey,

Welcome, and really good site. I really enjoyed reading it - great motivation.

And I'm definatley looking forward to your "Whats in the fridge?" section, haha, just to see that im on the right track in regards to diet.
