Hey everyone!

Happy I have found a forum where I can gain a better understand of dieting. This is a topic where I am totally newbie at.

About me, I currently play Rugby and have been doing weights on and off. E.g two times a week, once a week, three times a week....

I haven't been consistent at all.

I hope I'll be able to gain and apply better eating habits.

Happy to be apart of this forum :)
