skinless chicken breast

so im thinking of buying these to eat for some meals during the day, probably 2 meals would be skinless chicken breast (before lunch meal & after lunch meal).

anyway im just wondering how much protein is in 1 gram of skinless chicken breast, i've tried google, but nearly every site says something different so its probably a different kind of chicken.

anyway i provided a picture so you all know what i'm talking about.

p.s just finished eating 500grams of it in 1 meal :pfft: (since i've only had 3 meals and its nearly 8pm)

0.27g protein/g raw chicken breast

Chicken is best for health because it is easily digestible . This is great source of protein. I like it and skin less is best for health. It have more calories .

If we use daily 400 g chicken we get 900 calories .
