very convenient carb source thats not sugary. i weighed out 20grams, which is just over a cup, add a cup of boiled water and you have mashed spuds. i just used it to mix with half a jumbo can of plain tuna, so the meal woulda been

approx: P40 C16 F0

made the tuna much more bearable. i added pepper and a small amount of onion jam, so carbs woulda been 18-20g. you can also add butter to the potato if you want (i didnt). if you want fats and more taste.

convenient as fark, boil a jug, open a tin. boom. 8) 8)

anyone here use them? only downside is theyre a little higher in sodium than normal potato, but meh.
