Profight Powertest Xtreme

Hi Everyone

I ordered some Profight powertest xtreme(link attached) from a legit site

and company and thought it was just a test booster, which is totally legal, I ordered Tribulus on the same order, I just received the package today with only Trib in it,and a letter from Medsafe saying "importation of prescription medicine".

they've listed DHEA and Yohimbe as the ingredients that cant be imported,can anyone help me with my problem? what i can do from here?

I bet there is nothing I can do,but its worth a try, as i did waste $120US on the product, stupid I know!

yeah i thought so, I am gonna email the company and ask why would they let me add the product to the cart knowing that I live in nz, as bodybuilding.com will not ship alot of products to nz as alot of ingredients are banned in nz,, i know its alot to ask supplement companies to check their products against all countries they ship to but it's worth a try :pfft:

To be honest mate, it's more your fault than the company's fault...you should of done the research about what you're going to buy and what's in it, FYI bb.com is too anal with what they send to NZ even stuff that can be sent here like multi vitamins were not allowed for a while

Yeah you are totally right mate, I shouldve done my research, I googled the product and read all i could about it, but obviously didnt go to the medsafe website on illegal substances. imagine how long it would take to do that everytime i imported a product( as i import alot from overseas).

And u are right about bodybuilding.com, ive tryed importing simple multi's, pre workouts etc and they wont allow alot of products, but I just cant seem to find a better alternative. Any ideas?

I get stuff from nutraplanet, some of the other fellas here get it from iherb and other sites (hopefully they share) ... keep in mind some of those sites also sell prohormones so be careful you don't add it to your cart

I've seen a bottle of this in NZ and there's not enough DHEA in it to make a difference.

Yeah i was told i could add 8 kg's in a month, which i know is absolute bullocks! but i thought a couple would be great, I actually did'nt realise this product was a prohormone, i thought it was just a hardcore legal test booster. Stupid question but when do you class a product a prohormone? is it when an ingredient is added which is synthetic?

Just got a reply from Profight about my seized product, below is my email, then their reply:

Me: I just received my order, I received Tribulus but powertest was seized at the NZ border. I thought u would not let me add a product to the cart if it was banned in the country the order was shipping too.

I regularly purchase from bodybuilding.com and there are products i cannot add to my cart as it says " cant ship to nz". so Profight takes my money yet knows it cant be imported into my country, dont u think this is wrong?

I go through your 5lb whey complex every 2 weeks and love your products, but this is bad customer service!

You are correct; this product should not have shipped to NZ; we will review our procedure to ensure this does not happen again.  In the meantime, we can either send you another product or refund your money.
