Well just finished this program on Friday, completed it in just under ten weeks (did a few six day weeks). Had always wanted to try it and it worked really really well.

My deadlift went from a gym PB of 245kg to 260kg - 15kg increase in ten weeks!! I used a previous max of 240kg an made my aim 255kg (upped my weight for the last day as wanted 6PPS). I also had a massive focus on eating (a lot) and managed to gain 7kg, a fair bit of muscle - but definitely not all muscle haha

Biggest thing I would say is DO THE PROGRAM AS WRITTEN - the accessory is key. Really hard work, but it makes you strong! The circuit for first few weeks is killer and the whole posterior chain gets a awesome workout with these accessory (Note: I did weighted chins, not underhand lat pull downs).

Speed work is good, nails the form an definitely not speedy some weeks lol but makes you focus a lot on perfecting your technique.

No real downsides to the program in my eyes, the drop back came at the right time an the %'s seem bang on with the strength rising.

Think I will run the program again shortly as it makes for a good workout an the gains are still coming with its structure! Made a video of the work sets from each week, take a look if you're interested, included some lifts from before the program too...
