Yummy brown rice

Just a way I cook my rice because usually I think it tastes like shit and struggle to get it down.

Cook bout 400g (or whatever) of dry brown rice, I use medium grain, how ever you normaly would. Let go cold in the fridge, or strain through cold water and set aside.

Heat up a fry pan an add some olive oil, add a chopped onion and couple of teaspoons of crushed garlic, I just use the shit out of a jar. Cook for a few mins then add back in the rice and fry for a while. Then just chuck it in a bowl and cover and leave in the fridge overnight, important cos the flavours of the garlic and onion infuse into the rice over time.

Tastes pretty mint and ya can make heaps and just eat it when ya want, good for my job cos travelling round all over the place.
