Okay so the last one organised by VP got a fair bit of attention and interest, so we need a new one to see us through to the end of this year! Will keep this an all-in-one thread, instead of a separate thread for each lift.

Rules - Lifts must be achieved in a powerlifting competition. No gym lifts. Sanctioned Powerlifting competition or in house gym competitions only - Reason being judging must be consistent and to set rules to keep it fair. Posting videos to show the lifts would be great, but a link to a competition results page will also suffice.

As far as I know, the final dates possible for competition are the 3rd of December in Christchurch, or the 7th-9th of December at the Oceania Champs in Sydney for those elite few of you. Those will be the finishing dates.

Entrants should post their intended weight class and target lifts/total (can list current lifts/total also if desired) along with their intended style of competing. We'll use a 3 class equipment style they've adopted at The House and their forums;

Classic (Belt, knee sleeves and wrist wraps only)

Raw (Belt, knee wraps and wrist wraps only)

Equipped (Belt, knee wraps, wrist wraps and single ply IPF approved suits)

So the format should look like this;
