Rich Froning is a beast - my pick to get back-to-back titles.

I did this today after training and got 66 reps \:D/ Maybe could of got 70+ if I did it fresh.

Definitely a tough WOD, but heaps of fun - probably the most snatches I've done in a session ever LOL. I didn't go balls-to-the-wall though, due to heavy front squats and clean & jerks tomorrow.

How did you go tonyb?

I haven't done Crossfit for two weeks now due to a sprained ligament in my back. I'm gutted as I can't compete in the games & everyone else at the box is. I reckon I would be lucky to get 60 going from previous snatching. I did 30 snatches @40kg in 1:19min in the last Crossfit comp.

Doooood!! 30 x 40kg @ 1:19min is flying :clap:

I wonder what 12.3 will have in store? I reckon it will be a real 'gassy' workout like a 20min AMRAP or something like that huh.
