man just watched this and unbelievable how they joked about him ... yep that's the general public phags for ya, it's almost as if they were trying to send a message that bodybuilding is not cool/undesirable or something. still, phil played it off real cool!

I was fortunate enough to be able to attend this lastnight thanks to my gym club physical westgate. It went for 2 hours the first part was phil speaking about himself and how he got into bodybuilding and progressed from there to where he is currently. There wasn't much blabbing and bullshit about muscletech at all which I thought was good. Then question time this finished out the first hour. The next hour was used for lining up for photos, autographing and hellos.

It was amazing to see someone like phil in he flesh and photos really don't do him justice IMO. He was a very good speaker and I was impressed by that and I think he is a great ambassador for the sport and a great example for the guys who are serious.

Awesome to be able to attend and want to thank the people who made the effort to organise it all.

He was an amazing guy to meet, i got to go along to the evening seminar too thanks to Supplements.co.nz. He stayed and did hand shakes, signings and photos for everyone. Incredibly patient the entire time. True peoples champ.
