Fat % During bulk

Have picked up about 10 kg from when the pics were taken though, lol. But I hear what you say. I don't look fat when checking the mirror, except for the small spare tire around the waist (waist has gone from 28-32). It's nothing major at this point though and I would think that that would be the first place where the fat will go to.

i doubt its necessary to gain heaps of fat to gain muscle, especially when you're relatively new to lifting.

try eating a sensible amount so you don't get disgustingly fat for no reason. seems like you're already at a pretty high body-fat anyway. why get fatter?

I guess a good start would be to cut out some egg yolks, meaning I need to double up on the eggs to get the same amount of protein. That would push my egg use from 60-70 per week to about 100-120 per week.

It seems to be the easiest way to cut out a wee bit more fat.

I'm not really concerned at this stage though, was just wondering. I've never had a problem with diet or fat loss ever before, so hopefully it should be sweet dropping it off when needed.

i wouldn't bother doing this, seems like a waste. maybe rely less on eggs as a source of protein if you are concerned about the fat. or cut out some fat somewhere else in your diet

youre talking about cutting fat because people have told you that you need more carbs?
