Seeing a lot more attention being paid to rehabbing injuries, fixing technical errors through flexibility and general recovery...thought I'd share some helpful tips and tricks through our own vids and websites we use. Its not as hard as you might think.

Ive hit up the contrast showers everyday this week as well as getting in regular rolling and stretching. Makes a big difference in recovery. Also been using the voltaren emugel on sore delts and recommend it highly.
