UPDATE!!

The weather for Sunday from the Met Service is for a High 22°C. Overnight 13°C, Cloudy with a few showers & Light winds.

The grounds are soaked still though, so we will be using the tarseal carpark and/or the tennis courts instead of the grass surfaces. Bring the appropriate shoes - you can leave the cleats at home!

Was a bit of a wet old day, but I've never seen a strongman melt in the rain! :grin: Astroturf was a great surface for Strongman!

Sam had a clean sweep in all events to win the overall, followed by Darcy (fractured tibia and all! :grin: ), Kendall, Ethan and Shannon.

Highlights were Sam toying with the weights after two days of NZSM, Shannon's performances in a number of events weighing 82kg, Ethan easily loading the 120kg stone on his first attempt at strongman events and setting the pace early on truck pull, Kendall being a speed demon on Farmers, and Darcy being a generally tough bastard for competing with the fracture!
