i attended and competed at this comp on the weekend .The show was a lot smaller than expected.Sela won the overall I am unsure how to spell his name sorry He looked pretty awesome though big boy,all in all it was a good day.Preety hard competing against the rugby i suppose for crowd support but was not to bad considering.

I came second only 3 in my class though .It was pretty sweet i enjoyed it .Get to do it all over again this weeekend

Thanks 2 guns .I figured if i didnt have the size i would try and have the conditioning at least so this weekend I should come in harder and drier.I will look out for you bro cheers

I just checked out the photos, looking good there Paul try lifting your elbows up a little when doing your front double bicep pose (a bit more like Pio) good luck for the Nationals go hard!!
