Hi all :pfft:

umm... this is my first post so not to sure what too say.

I was born in London, moved over here when i was 11 and pretty much started trying to get fitter since then. Im a vegetarian but am willing to eat meat if that is what is required to become a "Monster" :D.

Height - 5ft 9

Weight - 61.8kg

Build - Skinny

i hope to gain at least 10kgs by the end of this year if possible :D

what ethnicity are you? i see you have some sort of black genetics so you'll probably get massive/ripped as and look awesome. good luck man.

oh and if he's vegetarian but smashes enough protein like whey protein and other dairy products (complete proteins) would not eating meat really be a disadvantage?

So long as he is getting leucine rich sources of protein he should be alright. Fortunately Soy has a lot of leucine but not good for guys to be eating large amounts of it. Saturated fats found in meat also help support healthy steroid hormone levels, creatine from red meat is another benefit to meat eaters.

Not too mention many micronutrients such as B vitamins, Vit D, Zinc, Calcium, Iron and omega 3.
