hey there folks, im 41 married with 4 boys and generally have a full on busy life... i work part time at the local hospital and do what ever for the rest of the day, i have been involved with martial arts for along time and i have given that up for a while as i had a few injurys such as severe calf tear and have had surgery for nerve compression 2years ago, i have been going to the gym and doing the usual gym routine,some cardio and weight training for strength. this is ok but i have been thinking about upping the training and getting into some body building, im quite keen to get any info or help that i can get and look forward to chatting some more,thx

thats really cool that you got a bodybuilding goal!

is that calf tear still a problem or practically all sorted now?

and if you can, take not of starting stats like height/weight/bodyfat % + a 'starting' photo of yourself so youll have a good base for comparison in the coming months & also can post those showoffy before & after things \:D/

thanks for the tips, yep will be getting the stats thing sorted this week at the gym, so much info out there and gets a bit hard to sort whats good and whats not as everyone is different, the calf tear is strong as but my calf is a different shape from the other as my doctor at the hospital was only 12 yrs old from hong kong ,, well she seemed that old anyway. all good.
