Hello to everyone here!

I'm Jeff, I used to train intensively when I was 19-22 then stopped for a while and got back into it last year, had a training buddy start at the gym with me which helped my motivation heaps and probably got me back to the level I left off at. Have been on a weight gain diet for about four months and so far gained 9 - 10 kgs, currently at 72 and want to hit 80 but still be lean.

I'm pretty much doing some training every day, gym every workday and then home gym/running in the weekends.

So that's a bit about me :)

I took two years off without any weight training, kept up a bit of of cardio occasionally though. I train at Creo Papakura now, currently my diet is:

Snack, (10.30)1 cup brown rice with 185g tuna and an apple

Lunch, (1 oclock) two sandwiches, 150g ham, a tomato, lettuce, bit of mayo and then a yoghurt. Sometimes have some cottage cheese on it too.

Snack, (3 30) Protein shake, with an orange

Snack, (5 30) Banana, 25g nuts, 2 ryvitas with peanut butter

Workout :D

730pm Protein shake

930 dinner, 200g chicken, red meat or fish, a potato and a kumara, 1 cup mixed vegetables
