disagree with reverse dumbell flies.

I think a heavy press targeting your rear delt is the best to stack mass on, just like the mid and front.

Reverse shoulder press and a behind the neck smith machine press are good options.

Also facepulls are fuking awesome if you can master the technique

There is no press that targets your rear delt.... they don't activate much at all in presses. MOre activation in a rowing motion than any kind of press.
