Results of the weekends Novice 3 lift and BP Qualifier. Quite a big turn out, considering there was no advertising, trying to keep it low key and have a easy day

Wait till the CDs we may have 74 kg lifter hitting 190s maybe 200kgs

Ha ha na they all did the BBro, this was just a qualifier, if you wanted to do our CD Champs. We are the only Province, where you have to Qualify, to do our Regionals.

Good to see the girls getting involved and a good turn out. Both are keys to growth of the sport in the country IMHO :clap:

We will field a pretty big Ladies team this year 12+

We are pushing hard on the girls side and our Sub Juniors at the moment.
