How do you post videos

How do you post vids and things to the forums. Please assume i have the computer knowledge of a 5 year old.

when your about to make a post u will see grey button above where your typing. click the video button and two brackets with the word "video" will appear. like this : in between the two brackets insert the youtube url . [Video][/Video] between the two bold brackets is where you post the url.

the url is the thing where you type in the address of the website you wish to search
