K so gonna be taking some lifting and training vids... How do I upload to this site from iPhone...?

best way is to transfer them to a pc and then use something like windows movie maker to make it a smaller size and then upload it to a video hosting site (such as youtube) doubt that there is a way to directly upload them here

Open a YouTube account.

Login to it on your iPhone.

In the options menu when you looking at the video on our phone select 'upload to YouTube'.

Make sure you do it in wifi not 3G coverage so you can upload it in HD quality.

Once it's uploaded (and been cleared by YouTube), choose to share the video via email. Your mailbox will popup and inside the text will be a link for the video.

Copy and paste the link onto what ever thread you were wanting to post it on the forum under the hash tags

definitely the best way unless you wanna go and do some effects , adding scrolling titles and all that stuff but most likely you just wanna upload it to youtube.
