^^Pretty much the satndard stuff for most pres now. Apart from the IOC freindly ones. The only thing we dont know it how much of it all due to "prop blend"

im using superpump max for first time, i bought a tub a week ago.. i quite like it its more mild than the others and is just right for me... doesnt make me all anxious and make me feel like iv dropped a party pill... nothing worse than those ones like 1rm when u get home from your workout and have zero apetite and shivers etc
