Sore Shoulder

Did shoulder workout couple of weeks ago few days after got this niggle behind shoulder blade. Feels like shoulder out a fraction had a massage everything still there feels like pins and needle's every so often in my arm think have pinched a nerve. Funny thing is the workout was nothing out of the ordinary. Not happy effecting my sleeping as well :evil:
