Soooo for that last 6 months its been a combo of pump and yoga (got really bored in the weights room) but now my schedule is changing and I wont be able to make it to the classes I wanna go to (boo!) so Im gonna do pump at least 2-3x week plus a dedicated arm workout (shoulder definition) anyother recomendations? I'm quite happy with how legs are at the mo, pump is great for them, just arms really - or should I do 2x pump and 2x weights and try to get a yoga class in too??

What are your thoughts on this?
