I think at this stage I may be plateauing.. :(

I'm on a high protein low carb diet and was wondering if you would suggest a supp I can incorporate into my diet to kick start my fat-burning again?

I currently take 100% whey but i'm almost out so I'm open to trying a new product. I'm worried i'll loose muscle if I vary my diet too drastically.

Is something like Horleys Ripped Factors effective?

Hmmm - you're definitely on the right track by looking to shake the metabolism out of its current rut... but adding expensive stuff's not necessarily the only option.

It'd be worth checking the carbs in your current whey protein and seeing if there's a leaner alternative (less carbs - use the per 100g figures on the package to be sure you're comparing like with like).

Is your diet the same every day - one less-expensive way would be to shake up the macros by "carb cycling" - going higher-carb on weight-training days, lower-carb on cardio or non-training days, making up the difference in calories by adding in extra protein.

In an example that worked for me, weights days were 44% protein, 48% carbs, 8% fats, and cardio days were 65% protein, 25% carbs and 10% fats. If you use the right vegies, there's still enough variety and carbs, esp if you time them right around workouts, to get you through the day.

First thing that jumps to mind is that you may need a refeed. How long have you been low carb for? Also, how low is low? Do you know how many grams a day you're consuming? Do you ever incorporate higher carb or cheat days?

If you could post up a sample of your daily diet you're more likely to get some suggestions on what you could do.
