APT Convict Knee wraps

Has anyone had any experience with these knee wraps? I know Barbrother uses them and he mentioned they are worth the pain.

Also where would I buy them from? Any sites that sell APT gear?

APT were crossed off the legal gear list at the end of last year, do you know if they have they been put back on now?

^What Vee said, and nope I don't believe they are back on (read: no longer comp legal). In fact, I think I heard that APT were bought out by somebody?

OB or someone else in the know may have more knowledge on it.

Edit, if you do want to buy some (for training I guess), looks like you can get em here.

Yeah I'm 99% sure you can't, unless something has changed very recently from IPF.

Also looked into that site further, checked on the message boards and stuff... wouldn't order from them even if they were still IPF legal.

Pity, because I heard from a few people that the Konvicts are the best wraps they've used.

Why would you not order from them? Bad service or the products?

Just skimmed a few threads on their forums, personally wouldn't take the chance myself after reading a few of the feedback posts... but maybe they're all good

I read a post made June 2011 on bb.com forum that APT appears to be heading towards bankruptcy. They were late paying their IPF fee, products are all out of stock and zero customer service. Would be a shame as the reviews of their knee and wrist wraps are great.

Rumour is that Titan brought them out, EliteFTS found APTs supplier and made big inroads in APTs market. Titan were in the process of coming up with a

design wrap of the same quality.

Now you see thats that bull right there. Where has professional courtesy gone in todays day. A company that that looks to have blatently gone out of their way to "highjack" someone else's supplier and be part of a course to distroy someone's lively hood.

What a shame. But hey maybe im wrong and maybe APT brought it onto themselves.
