Myofusion hydro version apparently has got you covered with the 'fast acting' whey protein for post workouts as well as some slow release components in the blend for long lasting amino supply... apparently its fine to take post workout, I take mine with water. Many say blends are an excellent choice for this time.

Not so sure about how effective it may be for you for throughout the day as meal replacement (also can it really be considered a meal replacement, what with the low carbs/fats?), guess it depends on exactly how slow the slow release blends are?

In any case, all that probably doesn't matter about if it's digested within 2 hours or 8 because you're taking in 6 meals a day anyway so you supposedly got yourself covered for a full day of nutrients.

You can have any type of whey throughout the day as a snack if you combine it with fats as they will slow down the digestion of the protein (afaik this isnt broscience) So it wont be as "fast release" anymore.

I have a blend of WPC/WPI and caesin (Horleys Crossfire)

I find that having the caesin really helps me feel fuller for longer, so if thats what you're looking for maybe just buy a cheap (I mean cheaper than gaspari) caesin powder to have other times and keep the myofusion for pwo.

I ususally have it in the morning after cardio on its own, then after workout with just fast release carbs and before bed with milk and cottage cheese...

So its not real a meal "replacement" as such... Just use it to add to small meals as its a bit more convenient than cooking eggs or something again.

You could have the myofusion, I dont know much about it as I'm not a fan of gaspari in general, but it seems silly to use such an overpriced protein throughout the day. But you could always try it for a little while then if you like doing it then buy a cheaper one maybe slower release for that purpose.

Just curious but are u dyslexic?coz your posts are painfull to read .If your dyslexic though i can put up with it.Grammar nazi's would get a seizure and probably shoot themselves.

lol go read the herald then faggt.

So your not dyslexic just retarded no need to take offence.

Anyways like the other dude said 6 meals a day means that u have enough of aminos in your bloodstream.Myofusion is good enough!

post workout with the whole idea of getting the most amount of protien into you muscles asap, would you rather down a myo fusion or a whey isolate? note this is before the last meal of the day. Does it justify buying both myo fusion and nutrawhey.. lol im just curious

fuk wat im tryna get at is would you run a whey throught the day inbetween yur meals ? or myo fusion throught the day and a whey at nyt post wrkout.. resluting in u gettng both a "meal replacer" typ protien and a whey isolate?

...pretty sure that's what I answered but maybe I misinterpreted. I guess your main concern is whether it's justifiable to buy both Whey Isolate (only for post workout) AND a blend such as Myofusion (in-between meals usage). Is that your question?

If so.. Myofusion is a very versatile option. You can easily use it during the day, possibly with tbsp of peanut butter and also use PWO (without the added fats). I don't have sources, but google it if you like - there are studies + a lot of 'bros' around which suggest that blends are better/more effective for recovery post workout... BUT you also say it's just before your last meal of the day? Maybe that changes things? Maybe you could get in an isolate PWO in this case since you are just after the fastest digesting? Because you're getting in so many meals (and assuming your pre-WO meal is in good shape) though, I still think you are taking this part too seriously.
