Just started up on the site today so very exciting... I am a newbee to the Body Sculpting/ Building world and am very keen to get started, get training and get competing... would love some advice to get started, would be much appreciated. Im a 21 year old girl/lady about 5'7... Im keen to get into the Sculpting rather than the building.. watch this space hehe :shock:
