This is worth a read. I like how he mentions the reverse grip bench for building the upper pecs being better than the incline press. Lately ive been doing incline reverse grip bench benchs and definately feeling it in the upper pecs.

how long you done rev. for? i used to do it for triceps but it effed my wrists after a while and after that couldnt even do bicep curls without wearing straps. allgood now though, might give it another go and not try to go too heavy and be a hee-man.

I used to do them for DC training but was pushing to heavy using my tris. Around 3 months now just using like 60-80kg and blasting out the reps 20 or so. Slightly wider then shoulder grip bring it down to lower chest then push up in an arc directly above upper chest. You can definately feel it.

Yeah for sure its just the same . Just like the reverse grip mention
