I still like bodybuilding and enjoy contributing to and learning from the steroid and nutrition sections of this forum as those are two topics which intrest me lots. Your federation has a comp in coromandel in few months? I might do it for fun.

It's good to have a bber of your knowledge and experience aln, you should contribute more I would be interested in your opinions on things other than jimjim lol

it was him throwing insults about lifts, yet refused to reveal his own lifts +b.w. Regardless of how he trains, his attitude is shit. you train with him bro? what massive bench does he have, at what bodyweight?

Only a few times, only legs though as he can push me very very hard. I am not sure about his strength for upper body, but very strong on legs and good work ethic. He is not a power lifter just to be clear

Jim Jim is a fasinating subject. You should meet him some time.

And yes would like and should be more helpful on the forum with ekkk 30 plus years training behind me...I get shot down a lot and told I know nothing. Boo Hoo. :) .
