Oh bro i feel your pain. I used to get a good roid after drinking things like rum and coke with beer and couldnt even sit in the car without wanting to cry. Used to lie there with a bag of frozen peas against my anus to calm the pain. Then i stopped drinking and they went away.

Could be the way you're straining/breathing. Strange squats dont do it to you & I know you're training legs hard nowadays.

May pay to review your set up re: breathing, even if it means doing your sets as groups of individual reps?

Its seem to be if I eat alot of stachey food, Like I had a big Homemade pizza with thick base etc....If I hit the deads the the next toilet stop is the pizza wanting out seems to be too much for my koit and boom!!!

Calming down a tad today, Can sit and it didnt keep me up last night.

This was truley not the "ROID" log I wanted to begin with here :doh:

As embarrassing as it can be, go to the doctor and get them checked out

Obviously the cream isn't working if they're still causing pain and they could possibly get worse

In the mean time, use baby wipes instead of loo paper

i dont remember you ever having any ? but for my own treament a combination of a salt rub and dipping them in a warm solution of vinegar and honey seemed to heal the process

Push them back in and use Savlon to help soothe them, can also get Ultraproct ointment (local anaesthetic + steroid) which decreases the inflammation and gives you pain relief. Also important to keep stools soft with fibre etc so no straining on the loo.

Anyone else have to deal with these? Every now and then afther a big Deadlift or squat session I get a breakout :oops: and they kill me man! I Still got cream from the other bout. And hammering the metamusil but OMG its painfull :cry:

A Haemaroid is a protruding rectal vein. They can be either internal or external.

In your case they are external, make sure your drinking around 6 litres of water a day as this will help but you will have to have yours 'lanced' or cut out/off.
