New at the diet & something is wrong!

I've only been training and dieting for 12 days but instead of putting on weight I have lost weight :( went from 52.5kg to 51 kg.

Figured there is something I’m doing not quite right :?

PLEASE HELP ME!!! This is what my day looks like:

9am: high protein cereal with half a serving of whey

Noon: larger meal lots of salads with two of egg/cottage cheese/fish/chicken

(1 hour all over body, weights, unless something got worked particularly hard last session, no cardio ever, a serving of whey post workout)

3pm: smaller meal, salads with two of egg/cottage cheese/fish/chicken

6pm: larger meal, half serving of whey, salads and two of egg/cottage cheese/fish/chicken

Before bed: sometimes a slow releasing high protein snack.

My meals even the larger ones aren't huge but I generally feel like I’m going to burst afterwards.(ie fish = 95g Tuna)

Am I lacking carbs??

Any advice would be hugely appreciated :D

if youre trying to gain weight and you lost biomass you arent eating enough. but please....1.5kg is nothing. could easily be water/glycogen weight difference. i have had 8kg weight difference on same day

Haha you may have a point with that, however if I were to have an 8kg weight fluctuation in one day it would be because a limb got amputated :-s

What are your total macros for the day (grams of protein, carbs and fat)

"2 of chicken/fish/eggs" doesn't mean much to anyone else

Another good point, I shall do some calculations when I get home. In the mean time ill eat more and make sure im not skipping out on the carbs!

Thanks for the advice guys!

Ill do my maths and stop stressing :)
