Yep it's so true.

That part about some being gay prostitutes to pay for the drugs, that's not just over in the states. I know of one competitive bodybuilder who trains at LM in the City who does that to pay for his habit (and, no... I'm not talking about Android).

anyone around here personally know anyone (or in the scene themselves) & can verify how much of this is true? long but interesting read indeed

I've been following BBing for a while... and I gotta say it's all true. Some of what that bodybuilder says is a bit stupid though, not all bodybuilders are the smartest tools in the tool shed.

There's not much reason to get insulin shock and ending up in hospital... that's quite

careless and stupid use of that drug. But... it does happen.

The amount of money talked about is right for a top tier bodybuilder... many using 30-40 IU of HGH per day. That's expensive!

And with competitors dying young.. that happens alot. I could name names of more than 10 or so in the last decade.. but I wont... you can google that if you want.

Yep it was true and verified

Remeber this is from 1997 when things reaching crazy heights.

Was around guys who knew who it was and makes sense looking back at old pics from 95ish to the 97 pics. Needless to say that person got pretty fucked up down the line from all this

There was another story around same time about this pro similar thing and the interview in a hotel room and this pro had just got back from mexico and was injecting every muscle with fukn crazy amounts of shit and washing dbol down with shots of tequila

Flex was on record also saying he just used whatever he was given nothing to scientific

Hormones are the most important part of bodybuilding of course, but which ones?

In order from most important to least important top 5...the lower ones are IMO some will make arguements about...

Growth hormone (The NUMBER ONE most important drug in bodybuilding)

Insulin

Trenbolone

Anadrol

Testosterone

Gonna add in NPP b/c I love it

Let's go through drugs, nutrition, and training for pros

DRUGS: The most important factor, without drugs bodybuilders would be a bunch of flat pieces of paper onstage at 150lbs. The top most important drugs that cause the most growth, and mutation are Growth hormone, insulin, and trenbolone. All 3 of these drugs combined in the right timing and in the right doses will make your physique MUTATE. You will see changes in your physique DAILY, watching your physique grow and become more vascular and hard no matter what you eat or how you train. While on these compounds growth is not an option, you WILL get huge. There are other drugs in the equation, but that is for other purposes. These are the three that make the bodybuilders of today as inhuman as they are.

NUTRITION: Nearly irrelevant unless you are prepping for a competiton. While on Growth and trenbolone you will lose fat no matter what you eat, or how much you eat of it. Cake, candies, cookies, ice cream, fast food. You name it, pros all eat it. The bullsh!t you see on supplement ads with their diets and such is...BULLSH!T. Most pros I know don't even use supplements...not even protein shakes, creatine, bcaas, multivitamins. There is no point, a waste of money. The only thing that matters in nutrition for professionals on the amount of drugs they are on is getting enough protein and calories that their body needs each day. That's it. Everything else is irrelevant.

TRAINING: The least important of the 3. The main focus of training while on gear is to train in a way that you can repair as quickly as possible for the next workout and avoid injury. There is no reason to train stupidly heavy. On these compounds, you will feel stronger each workout you go through, this is not an understatement. The only way to avoid injury is to not go as heavy as possible each and every workout. In fact, it's detrimental to growth. Training with a moderate amount of weight with high intensity is the best way to train. Go into the gym, train as intense with good form working the muscle, then get out and let the hormones do their work. Hell, most guys just go in and barely train at all, flex their muscles in the mirror a bit, then leave. They still grow. Ronnie, phil heath, dorian. They all train that way for the cameras, it's all bullsh!t.

Well it's been said before...part of having "good" or "gifted" gentics is the ability to withstand the drugs.

No surprises here, Nasser El Sonbaty used to talk like this years ago most top Pros that don't get lucrative contracts get pissed off and spill the beans, great stuff!

The bodybuilders of today dont inspire me at all,they look fucking stupid, i remeber showing my friends bodybuilding mags with muntzer,levrone,ray,wheeler and they were like freaks and i admired their physiques but today even i dont admire the physiques presently , they all look the same just stupid huge with the most ridiculous looking gut and proportions,how can we defend the sport when they are sporting obviously unhealthy bodies, they look like fucking cattle, it went all downhill after dorian and then ronnie took it to the next level and then a human refrigerator won the competition and its been shit since then.

Nasser El Sonbatti, that's a name I haven't heard of in a while. He should of beaten Dorian in 97 but damn imagine if he did. That guy was a walking ad for Synthol

Think about the awesome pros of yesteryear that never won the O that would piss all over today's pros

Levrone, Ray, Flex even Priest and Dillett are better than majority of today's guys

Heath looks to be the goods though
