That amount of weight loss is a remarkable achievement! Well done. I hope you've got before/after pics to look back on your transformation with pride? You must find it's really boosting the self esteem now!

The best thing for damaged skin is vitamin A oil. It's not cheap, but it sure makes a difference. A year ago I gouged myself on the cog of my mountain bike - I had a neat little row of sprog-shaped holes all down the back of one calf. It healed, but was left with nasty purple scars, and quite an indent into the skin. I've been applying vitamin A oil for the last 6-7 weeks and the scars have definitely faded considerably. The indentations seem to have disappeared, too. Just make sure it's the oil - nothing else is quite so pure, I'm told. My local chemist didn't have it, so you might have to go further afield. I got mine from Dr Ron Goedeke in Albany (ph 479-8802). Give him a call - he's a pretty knowledgeable guy... he might be able to suggest something even better. :)

That's a lot of weight you got rid of mate, congrats on all the hard work!!!

Like poos_n_wees mentioned, Bio Oil is pretty good stuff.

My mother in law used it on a nasty scar she's got on her elbow from surgery & now it's almost unnoticeable.

Pseudonym's vitamin A oil sounds like pretty good stuff too.
