Getting into it at home. Looking for a little advice

Hey guys.

I used to do quite a bit of gym work / fitness taining when i was younger but am a bit out of touch. I work in the outdoors so am pretty active etc and often dont have time to hit the gym. I now have a rowing machine, dumbells and an excercise ball, as well as a heavybag etc to keep it fun at home and am looking at toning up and building muscle. Just after any advice really on a home workout for two to three days per week at the moment incorperating the above. A also thinking of sticking to basic compound excercises at the beginning but would love any advice on excercises / routines etc. will look through the rest of the site also as im sure the answers will be in here somewhere.
