hi people i am new to this looks like a rely good site well i luv the gym and love felling the pump but i dont seem to be getting as big as i want to be lol i sunday to tuesday and thursday and friday everyweek im taking lean mucsle x and high protein shakes can anybody in here tell me if there r any legal steroids in new zealand??

How long have you been training? How old are you? How tall are you? How much do you weigh? What is your body fat percentage? What is your diet? What is your training like? Post up some pictures, diet and workouts then you might get better help.
